The establishments  of Monsud Inc., (situated  few kilometers from Naples, Salerno, Benevento and Caserta)  are equipped with the most modern machineries that allow to realize very sophisticated works of metallurgical engineering,  from the production of tubular structures of big diameter and thickness as wind towers, pipelines, to the production of poles and supports for aerial electric lines, antennas for  telecommunication, towers lighthouse, besides the general metallic plants,high pressure piping gas.

In the Monsud Inc.’s workshops are also processed hot and cold metal works: rolling, bending, forging and welding.

The production of metallic carpentry for structures ,industrial buildings and civil works is an hard-working process  articulated in several working phases.

The first operation consists in the custom cut made with numerical control machines of each piece to be assembled.

Particularly beams and pillars are cut and perforated with a Ficep 903 BDs able to  work long pieces up to 16 mt. For the moving pieces in the workshop ,cantilever bridges are used, up to 25 tons and fork-lift machines. The marking of the pieces is automated and contextually performed.

For plates of great thickness are used oxy-cut with numerical control machines with work plain of 16 x 3 ms. For minor thickness as 20 mms lines of cut use  the plasma to CNC or shear “guillottine” style. The perforations of the plates are performed with automatic cut lines.

The profiles  L  shape are cut and punched with automatic lines Ficep and CNC that provides also, in automatic , the  loading and  the unloading of the pieces.  Such machines perform in automatic the marking of the pieces.

For the production of polygonal poles, clamps generic  bended plates, are used plants of 2000 tonses and length max of folding of 14,2 meters.

The bending of profiles and plates  is performed with calenders of 3 or 4 rolls  numerically controlled.

The loose pieces, so produced, are assembled and welded according to the constructive demands.

Photovoltaic plants: Designing, Construction and Installation.

Monsud Inc.  is specialized, , in the years, in the sector of the renewable energies and, in the sector of the renewable energies and, particularly, in the Photovoltaic implants.

To the purpose to offer a complete service to its clients “keys in hand”, the firm with center in Avellino has constituted a pool of experts that, besides taking care of the phase of planning of the implants and the following realization, it also deals  with the whole bureaucratic and administrative phase, furnishing assistance in the relationships with the institutions and consultation for all of what concerns the normative innovations.

Gli stabilimenti avellinesi di Monsud S.p.A., ( situati a pochi chilometri da Napoli, Salerno, Bemevento e Caserta ) sono attrezzati con i più moderni macchinari che consentono di realizzare opere di ingegneria metallurgica molto sofisticate, che vanno dalla realizzazione di strutture tubolari di ampio diametro e spessore, come torri eoliche e condotte forzate, alla forgiatura di pali e sostegni per linee elettriche aeree, antenne per la telecomunicazione, torri faro, oltre all’impiantistica metallica generale, dalle condotte per il gas ai tubi per l’alta pressione.

All’interno dei capannoni industriali di Monsud S.p.A. vengono, inoltre, effettuate operazioni di presso-piegatura di lamiere di diverso spessore e saldatura dei pali.

Ulteriori Informazioni

La produzione di carpenteria metallica per strutture e impianti industriali e opere civili è un processo laborioso che si articola in più fasi lavorative.

La prima operazione consiste nel taglio a misura, con macchine a controllo numerico della Ficep, dei pezzi da assemblare.

In particolare travi e pilastri sono tagliati e forati con una Ficep 903 BD capace di movimentare e lavorare pezzi lunghi fino a 16 m. Per la movimentazione in stabilimento si usano carroponte dalle grandi portate, fino a 25 tons, e fork-lift Merlo. La marcatura dei pezzi è automatizzata ed eseguita contestualmente alle lavorazioni.

Il piastrame è tagliato a misura utilizzando diverse macchine in funzione dello spessore di lamiera.

Per lamiere di grande spessore sono utilizzati impianti di ossi-taglio a controllo numerico con piani di lavoro di 16 x 3 m. Per spessori inferiori ai 20 mm si possono utilizzare linee di taglio al plasma a CNC o cesoie a ghigliottina. Le forature delle piastre è eseguita con linee automatica di taglio e punzonatura che provvede anche alla marcatura dei pezzi.

I profili a L sono tagliati e punzonati con linee automatiche Ficep a CNC che provvedono in automatico anche al carico e scarico dei pezzi. Tali macchine eseguono in automatico la marcatura dei pezzi.

Per la produzione di pali poligonali, staffaggi e più in generale di lamiera piegate, si utilizzano impianti di piegatura da 2000 tons e lunghezza max di piegatura di 14,2 m.

La curvatura di profili e lamiere è eseguita con calandre a 3 o 4 rulli a controllo numerico.

I pezzi sciolti, così prodotti, sono assemblati e saldati secondo le esigenze costruttive e progettuali.

Produzione

I profilati tagliati a misura e forati sono assemblati con il piastrame che viene puntato per poi procedere alla saldatura. Tali operazioni sono eseguite con impianti automatici di saldatura MIG SAW e con saldatrici a filo continuo MIG.

Le grandi travi elettrosaldate sono assemblate e saldate con un impianto automatico di saldatura a due teste saldanti SAW MIG 1500 KVA.

I grossi pali poligonali, le torri eoliche e i tubi di grande diametro in genere sono saldati con un impianto automatico Corimpex in grado di garantire l’accoppiamento delle lamiere durante la lavorazione.

Le strutture metalliche ottenute sono sabbiate in un grande impianto di sabbiatura/graniglia tura per essere poi verniciate nella una cabina forno.
