Design:
      Monsud is able to execute any kind of engineering activity, starting from feasibility studies up to complete project realization design. The utilization of 3D modelling for structural calculations (Tecnosap, Xfinest, CDS) and for construction modelling (Tekla Structures, Tecnometal 4D) enables to manage the project from concept phase to development of executive- workshop and contruction drawings.
Particular attention is made to overall structure concept from general layout to union details acc. to Euronorms, achieving maximum efficiency in terms of tensions and deformations, aiming to possibly maintaining highest ratio between structure characteristics and costs.

Structural calculations are executed with a.m. softwares that enable to respect most recent Italian norms and Eurocode 3 and 8 as well; first experiences with Eurocode application began mid '90 ties with North European Clients. 
Particularly in those years Monsud acquired large experiences with EC3 requirements 3, regarding fatigue and unions verifications.

MONSUD design philosophy in structural modelling aims to realize a structural model that is the most close to effective real physical structure; this is obtained also by consideration of all - also secondary - elements that may concurr to effective structure static / deformation behaviour. This way the "semplification hypothesis" are significantly reduced and final designed structure will have in every life phase (commissioning, operation, ultimate limit state) a predictable realistic behaviour avoiding "surprices".

Renevable Energy:
 Monsud is leader in design, manufacturing and installation of wind turbine towers (more than 1.300 wind turbine towers have been supplied) and photovoltaic plants.

Continuously monitoring sector improvements Monsud has established a permanent expertise team that is dedicated to follow up and execution of projects.
Consulting activity for public entities and private clients is coupled with Company capability to execute "turn key" projects assuring projects' technical and economical competitivness.

Crane rental services:
 Using own lifting equipment up to 500 tons, Monsud is able to execute complex lifting activities e.g. industrial equipments, heavy large structures, previously simulating the effective positioning of machinery on site and verifying eventual interferences, max. lifting weights, tensile strengths on commissioning structure and machinery's ropes, clamps. etc).
The availability of a significant crane park, coupled with year long experienced personnel assures to hiring Companies much more than a simple rental service.
