The production capability is granted by no. 3 workshops located nearby Monsud Headquarters of Avellino.

The first workshop is owned by Monsud itself, while the second and the third are owned by Meta company,

a Monsud subsidiary.

The accessibility to nearby located highway (1 to 5 km) is very easy;

the distance to main harbours of Adriatic and Thyrrenian sea is approx. 100 km;

1. Monsud Workshop based in Avellino has an overall extension of 25.000 sqm (14.000 sqm covered area)

2. Meta Workshop based in Montemiletto has an overall extension of 22.000 sqm (5.000 sqm covered area);

3. Meta Workshop based in Tufo has an overall extension of 14.000 sqm (6.000 sqm covered area);

The manufacturing comprehends heavy round and complex steel structures e.g.

wind turbine towers, bridges, hangars, industrial buildings, telecommunication towers etc, ducting

(high pressure - gas, - lines);

large bending and submerged arch welding machines are available.

The Meta workshops of Montemiletto have been designed for the fabbrication of large steel structures:

the covered area is divided into no. two production lines having 42 m brightness each and an overall length of 120 m.

The hall is equipped with no. 2+2 DEMAG 25 ton overhead cranes.

The large external area is suitable for storage of large pieces.

The workshop is specialized in fabrication of large electro-welded beams; 

it is mostly used for final assembling and welding of large structures.

The Meta workshops of Tufo are divided into no. 5 production lines equipped with

no. 6 DEMAG 10 ton overhead cranes.

All cutting, punching and bending activities are executed in this workshop.

Sandblasting & painting is available.

Also a specialized laboratory for NDT and testing of surface protection applications is available.
