Monsud is able to execute inside its own internal laboratory

several kind of testing on manufactured items.

Traction tests: notch toughness and hardness tests are executed by

qualified personnel by using of equipments having tare and verifications by

external company. 

NDT tests on joints and weldings required by quality control plans are

executed by qualified personnel acc. to recently up-dated european norm.

Monsud owns all necessary equipment for magnetoscopic tests,

dye penetrant liquid and ultrsonic tests.

All applied surface protections are constantly monitored by thickness

measurements and snap test.
