Monsud Poles Department is leader in design, manufacturing and installation of pylons for

telecommunication, electrical power and renewable energy systems.

Workshop manufacturing is executed by high qualified personnel and by utilization of ultimate generation machinery.

The production process is supported by skilled technicians utilizing dedicated softwares for structural design as e.g.:

Tecnometal, TecnoSteel, Tecnosap, Tekla Structures, Autocad, CDSWin, CDSMaWin, CDGWin, CDPWin.
 

All products are designed and supplied according to different applicable international Norms and in severe respect of

Quality Control Plans (the Company is ISO 9001 : 2000 certified).

Nowadays Monsud is able to develop highly complex projects starting from feasibility study up to executive project,

incl. manufacturing, construction and maintenance details.

Manufactured poles are normally hot dip galvanized acc. to ultimate valid Norms;

a specific painting may also be applied to ensure optimal fitting to enviroment.

Manufacturing is supported by Monsud internal laboratory for testing;

all welding activities are executed by highly skilled personnel whereas the Company is certified by

Italian National Welding Institute

(Istituto Italiano Nazionale della Saldatura).
