In 2018 the new expansion of the Avellino plant was inaugurated, a modern building of about 1200 square meters dedicated to mechanical processing.
Design of production
Monsud has always invested most of the resources in the creation of a technical office whose watchword is passion. The natural consequence was the definition of a constant and deep Research and Development campaign.
To date, Monsud is able to optimize manufacturing processes and offer high quality products thanks to the latest generation of CAD /CAM software and innovative methodologies developed internally.
The 3D design is entrusted to the SOLIDWORKS and Tekla CAD while the definition of the process is developed and optimized through the OPENMIND HYPERMILL software.

The hydrostatic milling and boring machine Speedram, thanks to its high precision, power and stiffness, is the perfect solution for the processing of all medium-large components, where high chip removal is required even with difficult materials.
DMG MORI DMU 210 P SPECIAL – 5-Axis Machining Center
The 5-axis machine with a high stability portal structure guarantees maximum precision thanks to a machine accuracy of up to 8 μm and high dynamics with a feed rate of up to 60,000 mm/ min.

Welded and stiffened head, forged steel spindle shaft, Timken precision bearings and load unit with innovative backlashes recovery system to guarantee extremely precise machining even with difficult materials.
EVIRT RADIAL 50 SYNCHRO EVOLUTION
The EVIRT RADIAL series consists of rolling machines with three movable sleds.
The machines included in this series are particularly suitable for threading and cold deformation of cylindrical components, examples of which are threaded fittings, hydraulic and nuclear pipes, civil reinforcement screws and similar products.
