Quality Control

MONSUD’s quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards.

To perform measurement tests of large parts, MONSUD uses a temperature-controlled metrology room, equipped with a three-dimensional ZEISS MMZ M 30/60/20 measuring machine with 5-axis heads and the necessary tools for dimensional and visual control of the components produced.

The plant is served by BONFANTI overhead crane with a load capacity of 20 tons

Measuring range: X = 3.000 mm, Y = 6.000 mm, Z = 2.000 mm

Measurement error for lengths, according to ISO 10360-2:2009

– MPE_E0 = (3,2 + L/400) μm

Scanning measurement error, according to ISO 10360-4:2000

– MPE_THP = 3,3 μm in 68 s

Shape measurement error, according to ISO 12181:2011 (VDI/VDE 2617 part 2.2)

– MPE_RONt (MZCI) = 2,9 μm

Error, according to ISO 10360-5:2010

– MPE_PFTU = 2,4 μm
